Are linens provided?

Yes, all of our homes include bed linens and bath towels! We want to provide an easy and seamless vacation rental experience for you and your family. All properties include a washer and dryer. 

Are your homes pet-friendly?

We know how much you love your four-legged family members! Some of our homes do allow dogs, but we do have a pet fee of $200 per pet and only allow up to two dogs or a combined weight of 100 pounds.

Is there a reason that we should book direct instead of using an OTA (online travel agency) such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking, etc.?

Absolutely! When you book direct, you skip having to pay all of the unnecessary fees that OTAs charge you. Sometimes these outrageous fees can add on an additional 20% of your total reservation cost! By booking direct, you get access to the absolute best rates and are still offered travel insurance for your stay. 

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens, and we promise to do the best we can to reduce any negative impact on you and your family! Our policy is as follows:

One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
